Should we all be committing selfless, random acts of kindness regardless of what’s in it for us? Absolutely. And hopefully you do that already and will continue to do that well beyond Kindness Is Your Currency. We just want to remind everyone how good it feels to be kind and to live in a kind community. Only residents who are legal residents of the States of Nevada, California and the U.S. and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing are eligible to enter. By registering to win you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Bayer Properties, L.L.C, it’s affiliates, and its judges, which shall be binding and final, in all respects.

To enter, completely fill out official entry blanks (Karma Cards). Entries must be deposited in the official promotion boxes at the designated locations by 12pm PST on the final day of the promotion period, Saturday, August 15, 2009. One entry blank per person may be requested by sending a self addressed stamped envelop to Kindess is Your Currency c/o The Summit, 13925 South Virginia Street, Suite 212, Reno, NV 89511. Requests by mail are limited to one per person. You may also mail in an entry form in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to Kindess is Your Currency c/o The Summit, 13925 South Virginia Street, Suite 212, Reno, NV 89511. Mailed entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on Friday, August 14, 2009. All entries received after the prescribed date or time are void and ineligible for prizes. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, win or receive a prize. Only official entry blanks will be accepted. Entries must be legible and complete. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Bayer Properties and will not be returned. Neither Bayer Properties, its affiliates, nor any of its employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete or illegible entries. Irregular entries are void.

Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all legible, complete, and qualified entries received. The drawing will be held within 72 hours of the final promotional hour. Winner(s) will be notified by phone, mail, or email within 30 days after the drawing. Winner(s) may be required to present valid identification and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 15 days of notification in order to receive the prize(s). In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if prize winner cannot be located, the prize(s) will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Ineligible entrants will be disqualified and prizes awarded to alternates. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Prize(s) is/are non-refundable. No prize substitution or hard goods equivalent of prize.

All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax, doc, title and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If requested, prize winners agree to provide Bayer Properties, L.L.C with such information as it may require for tax information reporting. By participating, entrants release Bayer Properties, L.L.C, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organizations, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, tax liabilities or damages of any kind arising from entrant’s participation in this contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. By acceptance of prize, winner consents to the use of winner(s)’ name, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes on behalf of Bayer Properties, L.L.C and/or it’s affiliates in any and all media and without further compensation or permission, where legal. Bayer Properties, L.L.C. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion in the event that printing errors, viruses, unauthorized intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In such event, Bayer Properties, L.L.C. may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

Employees of Bayer Properties, L.L.C., it’s affiliates, including affiliated retail stores, and advertising agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate. A list of winners will be available at The Summit Guest Services office within thirty days from the date of the contest drawing or available by mail by writing to Kindess is Your Currency c/o The Summit, 13925 South Virginia Street, Suite 212, Reno, NV 89511.
